Not much Card making going on!!

If you don't know I am a 5th grade teacher in Texas.  So that means TAKS testing!!  With that going on, I haven't really done any crafting here lately which in itself is very depressing!!  I have been helping do a couple of projects for the kids though, so I thought I would post that on here.

My daughter had to do a family tree in spanish class, but there was a catch.  They had a do an "unique" family tree!  So we made dinosaurs and put them on a volcano!  I think it turned out really cute.  I used Create-a- Critter for the dinos and cute them at 4".

Hope you enjoy!

Card for a Co-Worker

This is a set of cards that I made for a lady at work.  The zebra is from Create-a-Critter.  The papers are from scraps.  I used the I-Rock to put a little bling on the flower in her hair.

With all the snow days we have been having I have gotten a lot of things done.  I have been making Valentine's for my kids at school and my daughter (Evie) made hair bows for her cheer squad for Valentine's.  I will posting a pic of those soon.  She did them mostly by herself.  I just cut the finished edge of the ribbon!  I love that she likes crafting things as much a I do!

Have a great day!!

Kick off for DNOW and another card

We kicked off DNow tonight at church with a hypnotist.  It was great!!  I loved watching the kids acting crazy!  So I thought to celebrate this I would share another card!!!
I made this one for my hubbie!  I used Create A Critter for the squirrel!  Isn't he precious.  I can't remember where I got the heart paper.  It is from a monthly club I joined and have only gotten one month, but I love it.  When I figure it out I will definitely post their information.  The sentiment "nuts about you" is from My Pink Stamper.  The card stock is Recollections from Michaels and is cute at 5X8 to make a 4X5 card.
